Light a candle - be still - pray - listen to music - reconcile with God - ask questions - encounter Him – reflect - talk to a priest - receive a blessing

Soft candlelight and gentle music fills the dark parish of St Patrick´s in Soho on a Saturday evening. People from the street, dressed in evening attire or with several shopping bags in their hands, are welcomed by Nightfever volunteers to come and light a candle in the church. Some stay for a minute, but many are struck by the beauty and peace and remain longer in the church than they expected.

Nightfever can be organised by different parishes, communities, lay people young and old! Volunteers want to share the joy of their faith and the love of God. For that reason, volunteers go out into the streets to invite people to open their hearts to Christ, reaching those who do not believe in Him or do not think of Him. Throughout the evening, there is the opportunity for adoration, prayer, music and reconciliation. We invite you to be touched by the love of God.

Nightfever takes place regularly in over thirty cities and we are delighted to bring this initiative to London too.
